ok ok I know I'm slack - never been much good at letters or phone or even email. thought I would have a go at a blog so I could post some photos and give everyone an idea of where I am and what I am up to now. You will be better off reading from the earliest post to make sense - can someone tell me how to change the chronology of this blog please!

Cant imagine why anyone would want to take of their shirts in this heat. Here the cadets do some exercises out front of the flat.
