ok ok I know I'm slack - never been much good at letters or phone or even email. thought I would have a go at a blog so I could post some photos and give everyone an idea of where I am and what I am up to now. You will be better off reading from the earliest post to make sense - can someone tell me how to change the chronology of this blog please!

Bomb blast victims? No, just a pilates class on the tarmac out the front of the flat. I'd join in but the Chief PTI June Cunningham would get upset if I didn't bring a towel so that has to be a good excuse.
